About
Rehabilitation robots are a subset of the larger family of collaborative robots that focus on restoring a patient’s health or recovery through training and therapy, cooperating with humans to perform tasks the way humans do them or simply to augment
human capability.
A rehabilitation robot, which is a robot directly interacting with humans, has extensive application prospects in rehabilitation therapy with high professional requirements,
industry, health care worker, soldier, etc. Therefore, it is of great importance to developing basic components and technologies for rehabilitation robots.
