Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead IHFC’s strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have  5 years plus experience with track record in ideating , developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns ATL (SM) and BTL, intra and inter team coordination, and driving brand awareness and growth through effective marketing strategies through marketing communications . This role requires strong leadership skills and deep understanding of marketing channels for academia and industry /government, liaising and the ability to manage cross-functional projects making IHFC the TOM recall amongst TIH.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and corporate relations and presence
  • Collaborate with leadership across verticals to align marketing efforts keeping overall business goals and objectives in mind to position IHFC correctly.
  • Analyze other Hub trends and activity to identify opportunities for growth and showcasing.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives.

Position: Executive – FP&A

Executive – FP&A will be responsible for the following:

Management Reporting

  • Coordinate and perform quarterly PnL, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet budgets/forecasts, including analysis to prior budget/forecast and preparation of cause of change explanations.
  • Review and analyse P&L’s and general ledger account balances to ensure accuracy of financial statements and required compliances.
  • Preparation of Project Budgets & get approval from Vertical Head / Management
  • Provide guidance on monthly outlooks for each department.
  • Preparing & Maintaining Dashboards of Verticals, Projects, Cost Centres & Finance team. 
  • Analysing previous budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain discrepancies.
  • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
  • Preparing financial and strategic plans for individual departments and the wider organisation.
  • Creating financial models to predict growth and forecast performance.

 

Data Presentation 

  • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.

  • Preparing a variety of MIS reports as per the management's requests.

 

 Process Improvement 

  • Contribute to various finance-driven process improvement initiatives and support special projects.   • Lead and support the automation of processes within the Finance & Accounting (F&A) team. This includes identifying opportunities for automation, implementing solutions to streamline workflows, and enhancing the overall efficiency of financial operations.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting discrepancies and enhancing processes for more accurate financial reporting.

 

Support in AR, AP & Other F&A KRAs

  • Accounting, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable of the Grants received by the Company. 
  • Assist in the processing and analysis of monthly corporate credit card bills. 
  • Provide support in managing the Finance & Accounting (F&A) Operations on a day-to-day basis.

Role Description

The Executive - FP&A will assist the Head of Finance in overseeing the daily operations of the Finance department, which includes management reporting, budgeting, data management, cash flow monitoring, annual financial reporting, and various other finance and accounting activities. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data consolidation. Additionally, the Executive may need to travel to different offices and project sites to support accounting and administrative functions as required.

The ideal profile of the Executive – FP&A will be a candidate with

  • Prior experience in IT/ITES/Service Industries preferably Section 8 Companies / NGO / Educational Institutions. 
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and review, with a focus on monthly and half-yearly reviews.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally / QuickBooks)

  • Preparation, maintenance and updating of Fixed Assets Register & Depreciation Schedule.

  • Assist in statutory and annual/project financial audit by an accredited agency and ensure adherence to recommendations made by the auditors.

Role Description

Manager – Start-ups will be responsible for the following:

  • Setting up and smooth running an eco-system (including an incubator and an accelerator)
  • Create and manage the relevant network of mentors, agencies, venture capitalists, and platforms for engagement to enable potential collaboration for startups
  • Identify relevant industry/government/academic partners for identification and onboarding of relevant startups; running successful programs for the same.

  • Defining and executing relevant matrix for engagement with start-ups to maximize the output for IHFC and the incubated/accelerated start-ups.
  • Leverage Drone Technology Park (DTP) and Medical Cobotics Center (MCC) are being set up by IHFC in IIT Delhi Sonipat Campus and IIIT (tripe I, T) Delhi campus in Okhla, respectively.
  • Managing relationships with various vertical heads within IHFC, to enable maximum value addition to other verticals and their deliverables through start-ups.

Role Description

  • Manager – start-ups would lead all engagements related to start-ups in the IHFC eco-system – defining and agreeing scope of work with these start-ups in line with the mission and vision of IHFC.
  • She/He needs to define and build the core nucleus of the organization supporting and nurturing start-ups, with a sharp focus on developing and commercialization of successful products/services, in line with the purpose and vision of the hub (IHFC).
  • She/He should be able to build a winning team comprising of internal members and external collaborators to ensure a seamless experience and enabling environment for the start-ups.
  • Build relationships with all start-ups and identify the relevant need for mentoring/engagement depending upon the maturity stage of the startup and/or life cycle stage of products/services.
  • Should be able to work along with the CEO, the Board of Directors of the company, and the Hub Governing Body (HGB).
  • The ideal profile of the Manager - Start-ups will be a candidate with.
  • Prior experience leading an eco-system of innovation (Renowned Incubator/Accelerator, Innovation Hub, Industry programs of start-up engagement, relevant role with a renowned venture capitalist, especially in the domain of upcoming technologies).
  • Knowledge of research and engineering related to the application of collaborative robotics and complementary/allied sciences and engineering disciplines.
  • Successful senior professional looking for an innovation-led set-up, and potential to lead the eco-system for start-ups.
  • Strong management and communication skills.
  • Should be willing to travel extensively.

Qualification: Top-tier pedigree from leading Indian/Global Engineering and/or Business schools.

Years of experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience (more will be preferred)

Reporting: The position will be reporting to the CEO
