Speaker: Ranit Chatterjee (CEO & Co-Founder, RIKA India & RIKA Institute)

About the Speaker: Ranit Chatterjee is an architect-turned-disaster management expert with a PhD in environmental management from Kyoto University, Japan. With over 12 years of experience, he has worked on disaster risk reduction projects across Asia. He is a visiting associate professor at Keio University and co-founder of RIKA India, a research startup on disaster risk reduction and climate change. Ranit is also a founding member of the UINSPIRE Alliance and holds key positions with IRDR, IUCN, and UNDRR. He is committed to advancing science and innovation in disaster management.
