IHFC is proud to hand hold and groom young and talented Indian engineering graduates and students through a pre-seed incubation program “READY”. READY is a pan internship opportunity which aims to support aspiring candidates who have an inclination towards product development, early startup through research and problem solving and development in the field of collaborative robotics.

This program provides a unique platform to the young talent of India to work with some of the best academic and research minds of the country in the domain of robotics and cobotics. The program aims to bind the propensity of the READY candidate and a domain expert to work together towards the advancement of the domain. The READY graduates pursues future roles as founders of early startups, researchers and professionals in the domain of Robotics and Cobotics.

IHFC provide financial support, mentorship and guidance to all those looking to go beyond and work on cutting edge technology in the domain of Cobotics and contribute towards the development their society in a meaningful way.

On Engineers Day 2023, IHFC signed a MoU with Seianmai Technologies Private Limited – Mr. Sri Krishna one of our early start ups from READY program.

A proud moment for IHFC – Technology Innovation hub of IIT Delhi to see one of their interns under the READY program grow to becoming an entrepreneur and an independent startup with their own completed go-to-market invention and technology. All this was made possible under the able guidance of IHFC and senior mentors like Subir Kumar Saha (Project Director), Ashutosh Dutt Sharma (CEO), Akash Sondhi (Lead – Education, Research and Training), and Venkat Bokka.
